Shipping

Leopoldíne will dispatch your order within 1-2 business days. We ship to Denmark and internationally. There is an option for pickup by arrangement at Leopoldíne – Park Allé 7, go to the back alley and through the green doors.

Returns - Right of Withdrawal

We gladly accept exchanges within 14 days from the date you receive the items (this does not apply to made-to-order items or items in which have neen costumized in any way). If you wish to cancel a purchase, you must return the item in the same condition and quantity as you received it. You must return the item to us no later than the 14th day after receiving it. It is sufficient that you hand over the item to the postal service or another company responsible for shipping the item before the deadline expires.

Once the item is received and approved for return, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. The customer is responsible for the costs associated with returning the item to us. We do not accept returns sent by cash on delivery or similar methods.

Pickup of an item

If an item is not picked up before it is returned to Leopoldíne, you will be responsible for the costs of resending it – 49.- Similarly, you will also bear the cost of returning it to Leopoldíne – 49.-

If Leopoldíne does not hear from you despite notice, they may refund the purchase amount minus return costs.

Return Shipping

Leopoldíne reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email. 

The return shipping fee is covered by the customer, and we distance all responsibility for your package until it has been delivered to Leopoldíne. We recommend you use a reliable carrier that provides you with a tracking number and insurance.

Right to Complain

When you shop with us as a consumer, you have a 2-year right to complain if the item is defective. Complaints about faults and defects, which should be discovered during a normal inspection of the item, must be reported to us within a reasonable time.
